This is my darling daughter, she will be graduating from Nursing School this December.Have you ever heard the saying, "Don't count how may breathes you take, but count the moments that take your breathe away"?
Well, today was a "take your breath away moment" for me. I was not aware of this, but there is a "big to-do" upon graduating from Nursing School, it is called a "Pinning". The Professor told the students that traditionally a family member is bestowed the honor of pinning the newly graduated RN.
My daughter asked me to "Pin" her!!!! I got goosebumps all over!!! I still have to fight back tears when I think about her asking me. Of course I said yes!!
She has worked so hard for this and I am so proud of her. This is her dream come true!!
